Personal appearance –

• Hair neat and tidy,      
• Nails well manicured not too long, no varnish.
• Uniform clean and well pressed,   Always be pleasant to clients.

Environment -.

• Desk neat and dusted and well sanitised.
• Manicure mat or towel in place, Towels clean and dust free.
• Couch roll over towel, change this between clients.
• Metal tools and files sanitised.
• Try to sit with good posture to avoid backache.
• Keep all products sealed when not in use and all tops screwed on.
• Dappen dishes emptied between clients (do not put any products down client’s sink).
• Empty waste bin regularly.
• Plenty of ventilation, Dusk mask if required.
