Returns need to be confirmed either by e mail or phone.

We do not offer refunds for our training courses once you have been granted access to our online platform.

If a delivery has been damaged in transit, is faulty, missing products or you have received the wrong products in error, please contact us within 14 days of your order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund along with return of the faulty item by recorded post.

Adhesives must first be returned for testing before any refund is made

If the product is deemed to be faulty after batch testing is completed and a report carried out, a full refund will be processed. This can take some time.

In this case a refund of the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be issued.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 days.

If you change your mind about an order afterwards

The goods must be returned within 14 day unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally sent.

If products have been opened used or tampered with a refund will not be issued.

You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned.

In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us by recorded delivery or have proof.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If goods cannot be delivered through no fault of Top Talons and are returned to us

the shipping cost incurred to us will be deducted from any refunds.

If the goods are to be re sent the shipping charge will apply.
